Richard P. Caton is a partner at the firm. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Kentucky and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Caton graduated from Center College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Economics. He pursued his law degree at the University of Kentucky where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1978 and graduated in the top 15 percent of his class. Mr. Caton focuses his practice on wills, trusts, probate, trust administration, real estate property law, 1031 exchanges, estate planning and small business corporation and LLC formations. His notable accomplishments include:
